If you are from outside Austin, you can probably skip this post. Dragon's Lair is dead! At least the Round Rock store. It is now being called Rogues' Gallery Comics and Games. The store was apparently bought out by Randy Lander, the manager. You can read about the changes on the Rogues' Gallery Website. One can only speculate on the reasons for the buy-out. Let's all wish them well and much success. Stop by and buy a game or several comics. We want to make sure our friendly local game store survives. No need to speculate... Dave (the other manager) and I had long expressed an interest in purchasing the store if David (the owner) wanted to sell, and in November of last year, he decided he did. Dave and I have been running the Round Rock store since its inception five years ago, so it's same management, same staff and same selection, the only thing that's really changing is the name and ownership, and we hope to deliver the "same but better" experience for all our customers.
